Drake is a highly skilled Muay Thai Kru (certified by the USMTA), edged weapons instructor, and Master Dog Handler with a lifelong dedication to discipline, training, and service. With over three decades of martial arts experience and a distinguished 20-year career in the United States Air Force, Drake brings unmatched expertise to both the tactical and canine training worlds.

His journey began at the age of seven with formal martial arts training, which he continued to refine and expand throughout his military service. As a Muay Thai instructor and edged weapons specialist, Drake is deeply committed to teaching practical, real-world self-defense and combative techniques with precision and integrity.

In addition to his extensive field experience, Drake holds two Associate Degrees, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration, and a Master of Public Administration—bringing both academic insight and strategic leadership to his work.

Now, as the founder of Montoya K9 and Tactical Throwing, Drake combines his passions for martial arts, dog training, and tactical readiness to empower others through high-quality instruction and mentorship. Whether in the field or classroom, Drake is driven by a mission to instill confidence, capability, and resilience in every client he serves.
